Therefore, after you have typed in your personal information for the first time, then only your e-mail address and password are needed to log-in to our site from thereon.

When you share your personal information with MyOrlandoGroup.com, you are sharing this information with MyOrlandoGroup.com alone. Profile information and data collected during the quote process, however, is shared with the hotels you are requesting quotes from. Although we only work with reputable hotels, our business partners may have different privacy policies and practices than MyOrlandoGroup.com. We encourage you to review our hotel partners’ privacy policies to further understand their procedures for collecting, using and disclosing information.
Use of information
Information voluntarily given by you to MyOrlandoGroup.com is used threefold: (1) to provide a better and more user-friendly experience on our site based upon your input; (2) to provide better content on our site based upon your input; and (3) to provide e-mail flyers/updates to subscribers on a regular basis.
We do track information using a ratings system to determine which hotel users you like and/or dislike based upon a questionnaire that is e-mailed to you after your group stay. This ratings system helps us to better service you.
Sharing of information
Unless we receive your permission, MyOrlandoGroup.com will not disclose any of your personal information to anyone desiring it. One exception to this case is if the law requires it. If we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is of the utmost importance in identifying or bringing legal action against someone who may be causing harm (either intentionally or unintentionally) to MyOrlandoGroup.com’s rights, property or it’s users, MyOrlandoGroup.com may disclose user information if the law requires it. Correcting and updating personal information
Users: You can edit your registration/log-in information at any time by using your e-mail address and password to log-in or through the “My Account” link. If you forget your password, please contact us at MyOrlandoGroup.com. We will email your password within twenty-four (24) hours during regular business days (Monday – Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.). If you do not have a valid matching e-mail address and name for the member requesting the password, we will not release the password information. Furthermore, we will not give out password information over the phone.
Hotels: At any time, you can update your hotel administration page by uploading updated information, pictures, etc. Simply log-in with your e-mail address and password to change your page.
Protection of credit card information
Privacy is extremely important to us. Therefore, MyOrlandoGroup.com will keep your personal financial information private and will never disclose it to anyone. Nor will MyOrlandoGroup.com ever rent or sell your personal financial information to anyone.
MyOrlandoGroup.com does not store your credit card information in our web server. When you make a payment using your credit card, the information is sent to the secure servers of Authorize.net. Their system is configured with data encryption, scrambling, technologies and industry-standard firewalls. Therefore, when you provide a credit card number in order to complete a payment transaction or for verification purposes on the MyOrlandoGroup.com website, then that credit card number is transferred in an encrypted format to Authorize.net.
